Stakion Pro operates as a real-time construction simulator where every decision impacts your firm's trajectory. The game initializes with Metro City, offering two building sites ready for development. Each site functions independently, allowing simultaneous construction projects that generate passive revenue measured in dollars per second.
The economic model centers on contract fulfillment. Available contracts display specific parameters including building type, floor count, completion deadline measured in hours, and cash plus XP rewards. Accepting a contract allocates one of your available sites to that project. Your hired crews automatically begin construction at rates determined by their skill levels and your purchased upgrades.
Progression occurs through three interconnected systems. First, the leveling mechanism awards experience points from completed contracts, unlocking advanced building types like hotels at level four and shopping malls at level six. Second, the upgrade tree contains seven permanent enhancement branches covering speed, efficiency, power, rewards, production, reputation, and automation. Third, the prestige system allows total progress reset in exchange for permanent global multipliers, creating long-term strategic depth.
Recruit and train Builders for speed, Engineers for capacity limits, Architects for advanced layouts, Crane Operators for vertical efficiency, and Project Managers for site-wide rate bonuses. Each crew member displays star ratings and individual wage costs.
Browse rotating contracts for Residential Towers, Office Blocks, Hotels, and Shopping Malls. Each contract specifies exact floor counts, tight deadlines, difficulty tiers, and tiered rewards balancing cash payouts with experience gains.
Invest in permanent improvements across Construction Speed for faster builds, Worker Efficiency for staff output, Equipment Power for machinery performance, Contract Rewards for higher payouts, Resource Production for passive income, Reputation Growth for faster progression, and Automation for extended idle capacity.
Metro City serves as your starting hub with two initial sites. As you level up and accumulate reputation, additional cities unlock, each featuring unique building types, contract opportunities, and economic conditions.
